RESERVATION INFORMATION

• Please call (719) 636-3941 or 800-448-6762 for reservations or further information. Office hours 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

• When making your reservation please tell us the arrival date and departure date, total number of people (adults and children), kitchenette or non-kitchenette, and if there is a need for a crib.

• All reservations require a deposit equal to one night's cabin rate (i.e. cabin #19 @ $84.00 per night requires an $84.00 deposit) either paid by credit card when reservation is made or by check within 10 days of when the reservations was made. 
   
•  If you need to cancel a reservation, we guarantee 100% deposit refund.  We prefer at least a 7 (seven) day in advance notice.  Please contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel.  Thank you.

• Family reunion reservations require a one night deposit paid by check or credit card prior to the agreed upon deadline.

• Reservation cancellations must be made seven days prior to the reservation date in order for you to receive a refund or to avoid a one night charge on your credit card.

• Check-in time: We guarantee that your cabin will be ready after 2:00 p.m. Office hours 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after 8:00 p.m. please make special arrangements with us for a "late check-in."

• Check-out time 10:00 a.m.

• Full payment or an open credit card sales draft are required at check-in. We accept cash, traveler’s checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. Sorry, no personal checks. (Personal checks accepted for mail-in deposits only.)

• Sorry, no pets.

   
  * All of our cabins are NON-SMOKING. Specifically, this means NO SMOKING inside the cabins.
  However, smoking is permitted on the cabin porches and on the Timber Lodge Property.

• Kitchenettes and full kitchens are stocked with dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, towels and dish soap.

• Cabins #1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 11, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 are equipped with a microwave oven and a two-burner electrical stove (no oven), sink and small refrigerator.

• Cabins #14 and #18 are equipped with a microwave oven and a four burner electric stove with an oven and an apartment size refrigerator.

• Cabins #2 and #14 have a covered deck with a picnic table and an inside dinette set.

• Cabins #19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25 have a small refrigerator and microwave only.  (No pots, pans,  dishes, etc.)

• A-Frame Cabins #4, 16, 23, 26 have a refrigerator and microwave only (no pots, pans, dishes, etc.).

• Cabins #1, 6, 7 have covered decks with picnic tables for eating areas.
  (No dinette set inside) 

• All Cabins have pine paneling, wall-to-wall carpet, heaters, air conditioning, cable color TV and direct-dial phones.

• Cabins #6, 11, 14, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 have bathrooms with a tub/shower combo. All other cabins have bathrooms with shower stalls. Cabins #2, 7 ,& 18 have two bathrooms, each with shower stalls. 

• Cabin #9 has two bathrooms. One with a tub and shower and one with a shower stall.

• Daily housekeeping service includes fresh towels, beds made, carpets vacuumed, trash cans emptied, soap and toilet paper restocked.

• Bar-b-Q's and picnic tables are located throughout the property for your convenience.

• Open air covered pavilion available for large groups.

The Timber Lodge office is open 7 days a week all year long for reservations and information.
The Timber Lodge is open from May 6, 2011 through October 2, 2011. 
However, all of our cabins are closed from October 3, 2011 through MAY 3, 2012 .
The Timber Lodge will reopen on May 4, 2012.
